Quilt As You Go Pot Holder Class - August 15, 2026

Bring a bag of scraps and make up some fun and easy pot holders with us! I have a number of these from my grandmother and they are super fun and every one is unique. No two will look the same.

Pick a theme and make Christmas ones or just randomly grab fabrics and see how they turn out.

What to bring:

• Sewing machine
• Fabric scraps
• 2 - Backing pieces
• 2 Strips for binding 2.5" x 42"
• Cotton batting if you want extra layers in your pot holder
• 1/4" foot if you have one
• Thread - Cotton is best for high heats so it does not melt
• Scissors
• Clips for binding, pins if you want them
• Snacks and drinks

We will provide

• Irons and pressing mats
• Rotary mats and blades
• Rulers
• Heat resistant batting for 2 pot holders

Classes are non-refundable unless we cancel the class.
