Frequently Asked Questions
- When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within three business days from the day your order is placed. As long as there are no issues with your order we will get it shipped out. Exceptions will occur with large sales due to the volume or orders we are shipping out.
- Do you ship to where I live?
We ship all across the United States and internationally. We have sent orders to Australia, UK, Japan and many more places, so yes we can absolutely ship to you.
- Who do you use to ship?
The majority of our orders are shipped USPS, but some go UPS as well.
- What do I do if my order arrives wrong?
Please send us an email so we can fix it. We do request a picture to show us what you received so we can investigate and fix it.
- My order is delayed in shipping, what do I do?
We do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives on time, but once we hand it over to the carrier we have no control over how long it takes unfortunately. We are happy to make calls and do some leg work to figure out where your order is and when it should arrive.
- What makes your fabric different than JoAnn Fabrics, I've seen some of the same fabrics there?
In order to be called a quilt shop we have to carry a higher quality of fabric. You might see the same fabric at JoAnn's but if you feel the two the one from us will feel significantly different from theirs.
