Frequently Asked Questions
- When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within three business days from the day your order is placed. As long as there are no issues with your order we will get it shipped out. Exceptions will occur with large sales due to the volume or orders we are shipping out.
- Do you ship to where I live?
We ship all across the United States and internationally. We have sent orders to Australia, UK, Japan and many more places, so yes we can absolutely ship to you.
- Who do you use to ship?
The majority of our orders are shipped USPS, but some go UPS as well.
- What do I do if my order arrives wrong?
Please send us an email so we can fix it. We do request a picture to show us what you received so we can investigate and know how to move forward.
- My order is delayed in shipping, what do I do?
We do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives on time, but once we hand it over to the carrier we have no control over how long it takes unfortunately. We are happy to make calls and do some leg work to figure out where your order is and when it should arrive.
- What makes your fabric different than JoAnn Fabrics, I've seen some of the same fabrics there?
In order to be called a quilt shop we have to carry a higher quality of fabric. You might see the same fabric at JoAnn's but if you feel the two the one from us will feel significantly different from theirs.
- Do I need a discount code to get sales?
For some sales yes, you will need a discount code. For others we will have the sale apply automatically. If you need a discount code we will send it out when the sale starts and make it very clear what the discount code is.
- Why should I join your mailing list?
So you hear about our sales and new items? We don't send a ton of emails unless it is leading up to a sale, then we send a few to make sure you don't miss it. But we try not to spam you with a ton of extra emails in your inbox.
- What if you are short on the fabric I ordered?
We round down to the closest 1/4 yard and refund it. We round down to benefit you as the customer.
