Michigan - The Great Lakes Quilt Center is home to the Michigan Quilt Project and major Midwest documentation.
This block is pretty, but way so many tiny parts that I don't want to put together. This one will go in my not making list.

Cutting

Piecing
We will start by placing our pieces to make one corner of the block.
Starting left to right to create columns that will all be sewn together into the corner block. This one is a lot of pieces, but they lay out really straight in columns making it fairly easy to make up.

Repeat this four times, two with A in the corner and 2 with B in the corner.
Once you have all four lay them out like shown below.

Sew all four corners together to create your completed block.

U.S.A. Map Quilt
I do like that Michigan helped break up the dark blue states with the dark blue background. This was an interesting one to line up correctly also.
