Kansas hosts the Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival!
This block definitely looks like a little more work, but I think it looks amazing and really want to sew this one up.
Cutting
Piecing
Using pieces A and B create 8 HST.
Using pieces C and D create 14 HST.
Use pieces E and F to create 12 HST.
You will have the follow and will be laid out like this to start your block. We will add the other pieces in.
Next lets add in piece H. This will get us some of our rows completed to make putting the final block together.
Now we add in G and I to finish up our middle row.
Sew your rows together to complete your block.
U.S.A. Map Quilt
So... I was working ahead, because I am busy with two kids, quilt along and classes, plus life in general and I forgot to take a picture of my map quilt after I added Kansas. So just pretend Oklahoma isn't there and be surprised by Oklahoma next week.
